Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a safe and gentle scientifically proven method of creating desired changes for psychological, emotional and physical problems (e.g. fear of heights, fear of rejection, chronic pain) that are seemingly out of our conscious control.

By talking directly to the unconscious mind where memories, problems and resources are stored, and keeping the conscious mind diverted, a number of therapeutic tools can be used to create the necessary changes.

As human beings we are constantly thinking and speaking in metaphors. They are widely used in hypnotherapy as they are one of the easiest ways to learn and create change through simple images that link something we do know and understand with something we don't.

Hypnotherapy induces a deeply relaxing state in which the unconscious mind is naturally receptive to suggestions for positive change. You are completely aware of what is being said and in total control of your senses.
